First, move your cursor to 控制面板 at the top bar just below the too banner.
If you're using your computer, it should have a dropped down box, click 編輯個人資料 in the dropped down box.
Then you will be brought to a new page, there's 5 sections to it. Click at the last one, 上傳頭像 it's above the first type in box.
There, on top, you can insert the link to your picture that you want it to be your profile picture, or below, choose file.
Your picture should not be bigger than (200 * 200).
