Today around 1am GMT+1 the server went down due to an unknown reason, we are still investigating the cause and trying to fix it as soon as possible. In the meantime its highly possible that it will go down again until further notice.
Status: RESOLVED
Issue: Server downtime
Reason: System and network related
Network: No problems
Time: 1am to 2am GMT+1 (1hour in total)
Update:

Cottage and Garden users might experience some difficulty to access both sites, we are currently performing some works on the server because of the last downtime on 12 jan. We apologize for the inconvenience.
