How to add a pic on my profile?

Can someone teach me how to add a picture on my profile. Instructions have to be English because I can't read Chinese. Anyone post this request before? Thanks! U can type the Chinese word that I need to click on.

Thank you a million times!!!!!!!!!! Hope no one use this pic haha. Now I feel more like a linda fan haha. Now I wonder how to add those cool banners at the bottom of my post or quotes etc... U know how?

Thanks everyone!!! I finally have a picture!!! Isn't it BEAUTIFUL!!! hehe.. Now my goal is to get a profile pic with just me and linda!! haha.. So many of you have a pic with linda as your profile pic!!! SOOOOO JEALOUS!
